Length: 15 minutes (10 minutes of movement, 5 minutes of meditation)
Like the sea, the surface of our minds tend to be turbulent, choppy, even. Beneath the surface, there is a deeper calm. We’ll use gentle movement to move stale energy out of the way, and settle in for 5 minutes of stillness.
What you’ll need:
Yoga mat + any pillows or meditation cushion for a comfortable seat for about 5 minutes.
