Where can I practice with you live?

I offer in-studio yoga classes weekly at Groove Yoga in Bend Oregon, in-person training (one-on-one and group) at Boss Sports Performance. 

Do you offer in-person classes?

Yes! There is such power in taking your movement practice into your own hands, asking Qs, & getting curious about the process of finding what works for you. I have limited availability for private, virtual* instruction and can help you with yoga, strength training, total body mobility, or a combination of multiple movement modalities. You can book directly above or here!

*If you are in Bend, Oregon I also have limited availability for in-person training. Book a virtual session with me first to decide if in-person training is the right fit for you.
