It's a 45-minute movement practice that combines, yoga, mobility, and components of strength and invites you to explore moving creatively, intuitively, and trust the intelligence of your body's unique design. Yes! There is such power in taking your movement practice into your own hands, asking Qs, & getting curious about the process of finding what works for you. I have limited availability for private, virtual* instruction and can help you with yoga, strength training, mobility, or a combination of multiple movement modalities.
