Movement helped me learn to feel at home in my own body, gain confidence in my abilities, and tackle big goals outside of my workout just as much as within it. Welcome to my little online living room, friend! My name is Maggie, and my pronouns are she/her. I’m a yoga teacher and a trainer, but mostly I just love to move. I am an insatiably curious student, and I will never stop learning how to make movement more accessible & exciting for my students and clients.
