If there is one thing you leave this page knowing about me, it’s that I crave joy from my own workouts, so I’ll never stop aiming to create opportunities for you to find that in your own fitness and health journey. Fitness has always been more than just an hour out of my day, a few days a week.
Movement has been the way I learned to feel at home in my own body. And I know it’s my purpose to help you access that and more, too. From group fitness to one-on-one training, to power yoga classes and immersive retreat experiences, this is what I do. This is who I am. Welcome to my little online living room, friend, I hope you stay awhile.
In March 2020, we went on a yoga and fitness-filled adventure to Tulum, Mexico for what I like to call an immersion, rather than a retreat. We experienced sound healing, guided meditation through an ancient cenoté, learned about where we were staying from local biodiversity experts and activists, and ate incredible home-cooked food from the chef at our villa each day.
Maggie is an incredible teacher who radiates positive energy and kindness. Her classes are motivating, refreshing and challenging. She encourages you to do what works for YOUR body, while providing thoughtful modifications and creative transitions that leave you with a sense of accomplishment.
