This 43-minute class includes savasana but is hyper-focused on creating a core workout experience utilizing – and highlighting – breath as our greatest tool to activate core.
You’ll find core exercises peppered throughout but the real work comes with the mindful focus of noticing where you are sending your breath. Aim to make each breath count with a connection to your diaphragm: breathe in and out of your notice and with each inhale, envision breath moving into the back and sides of your rib cage while maintaining lower abdominal connection, and as you exhale feel the “zipping up” sensation of your core all the way from pubic bone up to ribs.
When you dial in your focus you’ll start dripping sweat. Enjoy!
