Begin by clearing some space to take a seat or lie down. When you press play, you’ll have a 6-minute guided meditation waiting for you. I recommend taking time to move around if you need to, stretch, and settle into stillness before forcing yourself to sit still.
As always, take what works and leave what doesn’t. Simply carving out these 6 minutes to take a seat is enough. What matters if that you showed up. Remember that!
