In this short meditation, we’ll take a seat of just find a comfortable way to be in the body for about 12 minutes. Take your time getting into it, and remember – there is no right or wrong way to journey into this practice. This practice is about cultivating loving awareness of our thoughts, emotions, breath and surroundings. Take it one breath at a time.
