I want you to get all the yoga you could ever want and sunshine your soul is craving, but I also want you to take what you need and leave out all the rest. Daily yoga from Thursday - Sunday
Early morning intentional workouts Friday and Saturday morning

When you arrive on Thursday, we'll convene together with a long yoga practice that infuses mobility and breathwork. Get to know one another and enjoy a relaxing evening soaking up the warm fall evening air.
Every morning, we'll have an (optional) outdoor bodyweight workout followed by a sweaty vinyasa practice, always ending with a long, luxurious savasana.
Maggie and Alex have a full weekend of wellness activities planned around Palm Desert, but you're invited to kick back at the villa and relax for any part (or all parts!) of the weekend, too. We want this to be the weekend you need that fills up your cup, and want you to take anything from it you'd like, leaving out all the rest.
Our spacious villa is walking distance to Soul Dive Yoga where we'll be practicing yoga. In the heart of downtown, this villa provides ample space for you to enjoy time solo or with the group. Relax by the firepit, heated pool, or any of the indoor/outdoor lounge areas.
Change is nature's heartbeat, its rhythm. At its core, change is what allows us our fullest, most human experience. As we step into the season of fall, we'll explore what it means to embrace the natural shift in energy that a new season brings when we don't try to control, command, fix, dominate, or perfect. We'll make space to notice, allow, and welcome the ever-present changes within our own practice, our own movement journey, and our own lives, with grace and with gratitude. See you on the mat this October.
Flying into the Palm Springs, CA airport (PSP) is easiest unless you plan to drive!
Once you book your flight, please send your flight details to Maggie to coordinate airport transport from Palm Springs to the villa in Palm Desert (about a 20-minute drive).
Ideally, look for a flight that lands mid-afternoon on Thursday, October 20 and a flight out anytime after mid-morning on Sunday, October 23.
