This 40-minute yoga flow isn’t about form or technical function (although if you practice with me, you know I love a good anatomy cue or two) – this practice is about giving you the space to move your body and find some space.
Rather than a series of rigid postures, the majority of this sequence is spent working in the transitions. It’s designed to help you access more movement through your hips and shoulders in nuanced ways, but don’t get too caught up in the nitty gritty of it. Just cue up a playlist, hit play on this video, and let your practice unfold.
Pro tip: In this sequence, we move quite bit on our knees, so if you’re practicing from home, rolling out your mat on top of a carpeted surface can be helpful!
And if it’s helpful: A playlist to accompany your flow right here!
