Every month, members have access to this live class as time to practice together + stay afterwards to connect over "office hours." Class is 45 minutes and rotates among yoga, mobility, strength and other bodyweight interval training. August's class is focused on mobility!
What are "office hours" with Maggie all about? After class, I invite you to stay and chat, and/or ask any questions about your own movement practice!
Maggie is an excellent trainer and coach! She is always so thorough in her explanation and demonstration of different exercises and very knowledgable about body mechanics, helping clients really understand what muscles they are using and why during various exercises. Her workout routines are always dynamic and ever-changing, so you never get bored. Maggie takes the time to provide clients with different levels for each exercise - so every move can be done whether you are a beginner or advanced, or somewhere in the middle.
Maggie is so friendly and approachable (before and after class!) and always welcomes questions from clients. She even takes the time to get to know new clients who come to her classes and introduces herself. I truly love the positive and friendly energy, coaching and guidance that she brings to every single workout.
