Each Monday of August that leads up to the Seawheeze Half Marathon (a virtual experience this year!) I'm partnering up with Wellness and Empowerment Strategist Kayla Jeter for 20 minutes of Mobility via Instagram Live.

These monthly office hours are normally just open time to chat, break down poses, talk training strategy, & simply to connect. In September, though, we're doing a little book club takeover of Monthly Office Hours and cracking open a few book club discussion questions about Untamed by Glennon Doyle.
I felt very connected to the words in these pages and sped through the book in a week. If you haven't read the book yet but would like to attend, there's plenty of time still before Thursday, September 3! AND, you're more than welcome to attend even if you don't read the book. The discussion questions are thought provoking for everyone.
On August 16 at 6pm, I will be leading 90 seconds of yoga flow along with 32 of my fellow yoga instructors to raise money for Yoga For Breonna. This 50 minute virtual experience will seamlessly connect a yoga flow through all of us.
Yoga For Breonna is a memorial scholarship established by the Free Mvmt Shop commUNITY for women of color seeking their yoga teacher certification, honoring the life of Breonna Taylor.

Maggie is an excellent trainer and coach! She is always so thorough in her explanation and demonstration of different exercises and very knowledgable about body mechanics, helping clients really understand what muscles they are using and why during various exercises. Her workout routines are always dynamic and ever-changing, so you never get bored. Maggie takes the time to provide clients with different levels for each exercise - so every move can be done whether you are a beginner or advanced, or somewhere in the middle.
Maggie is so friendly and approachable (before and after class!) and always welcomes questions from clients. She even takes the time to get to know new clients who come to her classes and introduces herself. I truly love the positive and friendly energy, coaching and guidance that she brings to every single workout.
