This all-bodyweight workout has an upper body focus and a good amount of cardio and core mixed in. There are two main sets of work, one about 9 minutes long, and one about 12 minutes long. We’ll bookend the longer sets with two shorter sets of movements.
Remember to take everything at your own pace, go slow enough to keep your form, and have fun with it!
