My favorite kinds of workouts are the ones that sneak up on you. The ones that could look like they aren’t tough at all, but once you realize that most of the work happens by committing to the practice with your mind, everything changes. I also love a workout that doesn’t leave you feeling worn out and ragged at the end, but instead, feeling fortified and more connected.
That’s what I hope this subtle core workout does for you. You’ll start with breathwork in a table top position, but you’ll quickly find out right away that any shape can be made into a core exercise when the intention is brought into the equation.
So set your intention now to listen to your breath, and explore what this workout has to offer you.
You’ll need a yoga block or something similar for a few exercises. Instead of a circuit style workout, you’ll only see each movement once or twice and then we’ll move on.
