The Costa Rica Yoga Experience

Join Maggie for an intimate, purposefully designed 5-night, 6-day retreat in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica.

March 30 - April 4, 2023

Book your spot

Over the course of this week, I want you to feel less like you’re escaping your world, and more like you’re diving into this new experience. I want it to be additive to your life, not a total separation from it. I want you to get all the yoga you could ever want, eat authentic Costa Rican cuisine, explore what this tropical, walkable little town has to offer, and connect with other amazing individuals along the journey.

Each day is carefully woven together to create a thoughtfully planned experience from the moment you unpack your bags in our gorgeous villa that houses just 12 guests.

Daily yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, fresh food and private beach and beach club access will make up our day - with plenty of free time to make this trip exactly what YOU need it to be.

The first thing to know is that EVERYTHING IS optional. Each morning I'll offer a meditation. Some mornings we'll have a bodyweight beach workout. Mid-morning, we'll have a longer form yoga practice (the only place you can get a practice like this is on a retreat!)

The days give you a lot of freedom, down time to enjoy the view of the ocean from the beach, any of the private terraces or rooftop of our villa, or enjoy the private beach club that comes with our villa (including 4 swimming pools, sauna, and fitness center).

If you're an adventurer when you travel, this area has mountain biking, hiking trails and paddle boarding you are welcome to explore.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily in the villa, but you're also welcome to explore if you'd prefer! This entire town is walking-only - no cars! So you'll be able to go by foot and explore in peace.

Three of the nights we’ll sit down together for a chef-prepared meal in our villa.  One night will be a curated culinary experience out - dinner and transportation provided (except alcoholic beverages).

One night out (April 1) will be open for you to explore on your own; this dinner won't be included in the retreat but I will have a reservation for us just in case.

Your week with me can be as jam-packed or relaxed as you want it to be. All I want for you is to come with an open mind, ready to meet a new face and ready to soak up every minute of your time in Costa Rica however you choose to spend it!

Las Catalinas, Costa Rica

location

A walkable, tropical little town in the Guanacaste coast of Costa Rica, this town was designed with a purpose in mind: to create a way of life that is healthy, sustainable, fulfilling, and tranquil. Las Catalinas consists of houses, shops, restaurants, small hotels and inns, plazas, parks, and recreational facilities. Every urban space is interwoven with nature. Architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent.

On one side, the town is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other, two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer great swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.

about Las Catalina, Costa Rica

You'll fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR - https://www.liberiacrairport.com/) on or before March 30.

From previous experience, I've found it's MUCH easier for you to have the peace of mind for booking your own travel from the airport to our villa in Las Catalinas. I will connect you to our preferred transportation concierge to book this - and connect you to fellow retreat attendees to share in the ride.

On the departure date, there will be two shuttle services to the airport from the villa, one early and one mid-morning. I will organize these once I have your departure flight information.
