This short bodyweight workout is great to work up a sweat, get your body moving, or re-up your energy when you feel the need to move your body. There is just one set of work with five different moves, and you’ll go through each movement three times in total. At the end, we finish with a 5-round EMOM (every minute on the minute) combo set.
Finisher: 5 Rounds of Every Minute on the Minute
– 8 burpees
– At least 8 total jackknife crunches
*For the finisher set, aim to work on your own pace for about 40 seconds, and aim for about 20 seconds of rest. If you end up working all the way until the next minute begins, scale back with less jackknife crunches. If you have 30+ seconds of rest time, increase by 2 or more the number of total jackknife crunches you complete.
