This 30-minute workout has 3 different sets of work that blend bodyweight cardio and core exercises for a total body sweat that is always scalable to meet your needs.
Sets 1 and 2 are 4 movements, each for 30 seconds on with 10 seconds of rest, for 4 rounds.
The finisher is 3 movements, 3 rounds through, still for 30 seconds on with 10 seconds of rest.
Expect bodyweight movements like squats, jumping jacks, high knees, lunges, planks, jackknife crunches and flutter kicks – but there aren’t any burpees in this workout 🙂
