On Jan 9, we'll break down the basics like chaturanga, downward facing dog, plank, cobra, locust, upward facing dog, chair, warrior I, warrior II, the transitions we often make from these shapes, as well as breathing basics.
You'll come to find out these "basics" are actually anything BUT basic.
