For this 30-minute sequence, it’s helpful to set up near a wall and have a block and/or a pillow handy for a prop. Although you’ll be moving a bit more than a true restorative sequence, use this time to slow down, listen to your body, and let your brain take a break. Enjoy this 30 minutes and make it your own.
