In this audio-only guided running workout, we’ll begin with a 6-minute warm-up on the treadmill or outdoors, wherever you’re taking on this run. Then, we’ll move into 2 sets of interval runs, working with our base pace that we’ll build in the warm-up.
In the first set, you’ll move back and forth between your base pace and your push pace, 5 rounds of each.
Then, you’ll push that pace a bit more in the second set with 4 rounds of your faster push pace and your base pace.
Be sure to do a dynamic warm-up on your own and to take time to cool down after your 30-minute jog/run! As always, take this at your own pace and have fun with it. Enjoy!
