Grab a set of medium to heavy dumbbells (or turn this into a bodyweight strength workout!) and get ready to work! For the next 20 minutes, you’ll go through two circuits, each with 3 movements. You’ll go through each of the 3 movements four times (35 seconds of work time, 10 seconds of rest). Once you complete the first circuit, you’ll have a little break before getting into the second. Work out with a buddy or solo, this workout is just 20 minutes and will have you working hard from the very beginning!
