The total picture our overall health and well-being. It's not all about the workout! it's about the work IN too! Participate in weekly journal prompts and the live meet-ups for weekly doses of feel good movement and space for processing

Dialing it back to the basics to build a more firm foundation. All our live classes will be fun and dynamic, but we'll also focus on some of the basics to reground you in a firm foundation of your own breath, posture, and alignment through yoga + your workouts.
