In March of 2020 I started building a library of ways to move – from workouts to yoga to mobility – that were all pre-recorded so you could find something to fit your needs no matter where you are.

But after nearly a year of mostly on-demand forms of movement, I heard you loud and clear – accountability & connection are important ingredients when it comes to settling into and enjoying a movement routine!
So, on Sunday mornings, 3 Sundays each month, there is now a live class which will always be virtual so you can move with me (still from wherever you are!) but in real time.
In March, we donated proceeds from class to Global Girls, a local Chicago organization I’m very happy to be able to support. THANK YOU to everyone who came to class in March and made that donation possible!
What to know about APRIL classes:
✨ Classes are now held at 10am CT (still virtually!)
✨ Sunday, April 11 will be a combo workout mixing bodyweight (or mini band!) strength & core work with funky transitions in our yoga flow. Come see what this strength & flow class is all about!
✨ Sunday April 18 will include the monthly “official” Office Hours post-class. I always enjoy staying and chatting after class with folks, but this month we’re trying out a new time for Office Hours (already free for you, members!)
