This 15-minute core workout is all bodyweight. There are just 5 moves: high knees, mountain climbers, V-Up/high to low boat, low flutter kicks, and low plank rocks. Don’t be deceived though, even though it’s just 5 minutes it’s going to hard FAST. Get ready to work!
