With this page, your member library, and the weekly notes of inspiration, you're covered! All you have to do now is commit to showing up for you. And remember, showing up is MORE than half the battle. Commit to you each day, take a deep breath or two, and remember that you are right where you're supposed to be, and you're right on time.

Whether you are dabbling in the asana practice of yoga (moving through sequences of poses - all the physical stuff!) for the first time or have been making it to your mat for years, this 90-minute workshop is the knowledge seeker's paradise.

The more I learn about movement, the more I find out just how much MORE there is to uncover. And it's one of my favorite things in the world to put on my new student hat and get curious about the fundamentals.

After all, the fundamentals - the basic shapes we make all the time in vinyasa yoga - set us up for everything else that comes down the road.

So join me as we learn - together - about some of the basic postures you'll find in many yoga classes. We'll break them down together and leave plenty of time for questions.

On the list of shapes to discuss are: downward facing dog, plank, chaturanga, cobra, locust, upward facing dog, chair, warrior I, warrior II, the transitions we often make from these shapes, as well as the very basics of breathing during a yoga practice. You'll come to find out these "basics" are actually anything BUT basic. Can't wait to see you in the Zoom room!
