Guidance and ease. Leave the decision-making about what to pick for your workouts of the week up to me! Plus weekly guided inspiration in the form of journal prompts + reflections

Simplicity

Building habits from the inside out. Finding what works for YOU and getting curious about how to make that fit into your life, rather than fitting your life around the healthy habits you want to build.

Not TOO much commitment (take what works, leave what doesn’t! And each day, the suggested workout or class is less than an hour)

ON-DEMAND GUIDED PROGRAMMING FOR 3 WEEKS

Whether you are dabbling in the asana practice of yoga for the first time or have been making it to your mat for years, this 90-minute workshop is the knowledge seeker's paradise.

On Jan 9, we'll break down the basics like chaturanga, downward facing dog, plank, cobra, locust, upward facing dog, chair, warrior I, warrior II, the transitions we often make from these shapes, as well as breathing basics.

You'll come to find out these "basics" are actually anything BUT basic. 

Any other poses you know you want to cover? Give me a shout!

Jan 9 YOGA FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP / 10am ct

Never miss a Monday with 4 live Monday morning classes scheduled for 7am Central Time. 

Each January Monday morning, we’ll sync up for a live 50-minute class. From bodyweight functional strength, to sweaty power vinyasa, to a jam-packed cardio and strength circuit, to a blissful flow + meditation … these 4 Mondays are the perfect way to kick off the week together.

Not into live classes? Don’t worry -- these options are also pre-recorded for you to take on at your own pace (or sub out for another class of your choosing from the library of 140+ options!)

LIVE MONDAY MORNING CLASSES

As a member at MaggieUmberger.com, you have access to 140+ workouts, mobility classes and yoga flows that range from 15 minutes to 65+ minutes. Depending on whatever you need that day, a resource is right there at your fingertips. 

As a member, you also have discounts to other live classes, and will be the first to know about new events + retreats.

Finally, the regular live meet-up - Monthly Member Class and Office Hours - is part of the 21 Day Reset, too!
