This lower body workout can be done with either 2 medium dumbbells of your choice, 1 heavy dumbbell, OR all bodyweight! All totally work.
You’ll get into strength work as well as plyometrics with 3 sets of work that have 2 different exercises in each. After 4 rounds of 1 set, you’ll move onto the next.
